We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
The product is unopened and unused
The item is returned in its original packaging
To request a return:
Email us at grindmyc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are only issued for:
Unopened products returned within 30 days
Orders that arrived damaged or incorrect
We do not refund:
Opened or used products
Orders returned without prior contact
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us with a photo at grindmyc@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
